Reports around the web say that only 101 examples of the V12 Vantage Roadster will be built, all with Aston’s 6.0-liter, twelve-cylinder engine delivering 510 hp.
The batch of photos was originally posted on a website called www.V12VantageRoadster.com , which is packed with search engine-optimized copy. The site has been live for less than a month and it’s registered to the owner of a Dutch software
company called Bitz & Pixelz. obd2 codes The firm makes software that catalogs collections of CD’s, DVD’s, books and other media. Its owner does some software marketing consulting, but it appears he’s just an Aston Martin

BMW comes with a $ 160 key with a computer chip and inside the security code to make the car difficult to steal. The thief can not steal your Bimmer, but in Europe, at least, Hacker-thieves were apparently able to subvert intrusion alarm of the car
in a separate step to break in, then enter the car OBD (systems board diagnostic) connector, gather information unsecured or easy to buy the key, program a new key, and drive. If this is the case, pirates are emerging faults in automotive safety, how
they were pirates in other websites and corporate networks. BMW UK has issued a vague statement saying clever thieves are a “constant challenge for all automakers. ”
Here’s what happens, as related stories coming out of Europe: first, the robbers enter the car by decoding and hacking into the lock of the door (see below) or by breaking the window a fixed manner that does not deactivate the sensor of the
ultrasonic alarm. Then they attached a sophisticated reader for the OBD connector. You can have a simple OBD reader you like CarMD, Innova, Actron or. Repair shops and dealers have several thousand dollars readers. And thieves have disposable
versions that purportedly can suck the key code specific to your Bimmer, one who is about to become someone else toy. launch x431
It would be relatively easy to implement for BMW some sort of system of public / private key, also, where the OBD system is not accessible unless it is activated by the private key of the owner. When your car is fixed, you just pay the private key
for the mechanic. As cars become increasingly computerized and digitized, it would certainly make sense for automakers to take a leaf from the playbook of Silicon Valley and start hiring white hat hackers to secure their embedded systems.
OBD connector is the same as it is the source of the future of others, the potential misfortunes. This is the link to a data logger that stores the last moments before a crash and displays information to car speed, braking, steering angle, and
others who may be at odds with history you tell the cops. It can also relay your location, speed, and time of day to a recording of the insurance company or transceiver that indicates whether you have been naughty or nice while driving. It may be the
only way a bad driver or bad luck becomes a kind of insurance and in the future it may be the norm, unless you want to pay extra insurance to drive with someone tracking your movements .
